Peoplefund.it was no more than an idea bouncing across a design Mac when we first heard about it. The idea was to create a new online platform where people could pledge money to back great new business ideas, in return for rewards. The KEO digital team had created it, and now wanted to see what it could do... Onshore came on board - to make lots of noise and let people know about this new way to get funding...The first project raised £40,000 for the Bicycle Academy in 6 days..

An online buzz broke out - people talking about how it could be the UK Kickstarter. Next came pieces in The Observer, The Guardian... Stephen Fry and Martha Lane Fox tweeted about it. Nick Hurd MP presented another cheque...Onshore built a partnership with Plymouth University, University of Enterprise, giving lots of students chances to try their hand at enterprise. The story goes on...we can't what to see what happens next...
